These terms are a starting template for VUNACHATI. Have them reviewed by a qualified Tanzanian lawyer before you accept real payments.
1. Using the platform
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate registration details. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
2. Fees and rates
The activation fee is currently TZS 16,000. Chat rates range from TZS 20,000 to TZS 45,000 and call rates from TZS 20,000 to TZS 45,000. Amounts are displayed before any payment and may change. A change never applies retroactively to a payment you already made.
3. Earnings and withdrawals
Balances shown in your dashboard reflect recorded transactions only. The minimum withdrawal is TZS 20,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment and may be rejected if they breach these terms, appear fraudulent, or if the payout details are wrong. Payouts are not automatic.
4. Conduct
Harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, fraud and impersonation are prohibited. We may suspend or close an account for breaching this section, and reported content may be retained for investigation.
5. No guarantees of income
We do not promise any particular level of earnings. Nothing in this app should be read as a guarantee that you will earn back an activation fee or any other amount.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
