How VUNACHATI works

Six steps, no surprises. Every amount below comes from the platform's current published settings.

   Start with a profile

   Open the profiles page and choose the person you want to contact. Each profile shows availability before you begin.

   Choose a profile

   Browse available profiles. Each card shows the chat rate and the call rate set by the administrator, between TZS 20,000 and TZS 45,000.

3. 3

   Send your 4 free messages

   New accounts can send 4 messages before activation is required. Nothing is charged during this stage.

4. 4

   Activate your account

   Activation costs TZS 16,000, shown clearly before you pay. It unlocks unlimited messaging, the call feature and withdrawal requests.

5. 5

   Keep chatting

   Once the payment provider confirms your activation, your account is marked active and messaging continues without limits.

6. 6

   Withdraw

   Request a payout from TZS 20,000 to M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa or a bank account. Requests are reviewed before they are paid.
